Poppy ran away from home when her powers awakened and killed her family about two months ago. Her first month she traveled from Buffalo to New York City in hopes of getting lost. She mostly walked but also hitch hiked a bit. It took her about three weeks to get to the big apple. Poppy and Dandi her German Shepherd discovered a very old abandoned building and stayed there for almost a week before they where discovered by Bailey. Bailey took her and Dandi back to the bar she was working at and Poppy soon discovered she wasn't alone in the world. She began to trust her and told her about her powers. Now it's been a month and Poppy works in the back kitchen out of the eye of the public doing the cooking. In return the owner lets her and Dandi sleep in the bar.

I have not started role playing Rouge yet and I can't think of anything to do with her my muse for her is noda. I need help coming up with ideas for her I'm open to anything.
